Newly Renovated Duplex- 4th Row

Nice clean place to stay near the beach. Positive: The property was as described. Newly renovated, clean, and well equipped. Communication with Rob was always quick. Property was an easy 5 minute walk from the beach. Overall our stay was excellent.

My pets and I enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and accomodations were both pet and people friendly. All essentials were top notch, kitchen very well stocked and bedding very comfortable. It felt like living in a treehouse with beautiful sunrise in the am. Robert was easy to work with and very helpful, thank you!

Positive: The property was clean, comfortable, and walking distance from the beach. It was perfect for my husband, daughter, and I. The best part was being able to bring our doggo along. We all loved the place.

Great for younger adults, small family, pets Positive: Rob was super-responsive and clearly cares about his guests. The place was very clean and bright and in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the beach. While I didn’t use, lots of beach stuff (cart, games) was provided. Check-in and checkout was super easy. Negative: The couch was low, deep, and swallowed me up. I found it difficult to sit up straight and get out of it. An armchair with firmer cushion would be helpful. The bed was too firm for me. Some porch screens need repaired. (Fortunately, there weren’t any bugs around when I visited, so I could enjoy morning coffee out there.)

Everything was perfect. So close to the beach and was very comfortable. And the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again!
