New Cottage: 4th row & fully fenced back yard!

The property provided everything we needed. Very convenient to the beach.

Positive: Everything! Negative: Nothing, had a fantastic time!

Positive: Location was great. Quick walk to beach. Everything we needed was there. Washer, dryer, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Negative: Maybe you could add a shelf or rack in the shower to place toiletries??

We are locals and needed a place to stay for a couple of nights due to construction work. This listing came up when searching for single family homes to rent and we loved that it was at our favorite beach. The description mentions that this listing is only one level but that was not clear in the photos or search terms. We did not end up staying at this rental because it was unsatisfactory upon our arrival to check in. The rental is only the bottom rooms of the house and the top was occupied when we went to check in. You cannot only hear movement upstairs but voices as well. The yard is shared with the other tenants which again, was not clear and would not have worked with our two dogs. The space was recently cleaned and aspects like the kitchen are cute. The screen door is busted and the furniture in the living room is pilling which on top of the tiny living area was unpleasant.We purchased cancellation insurance via VRBO at the time of booking which did not actually offer any assistance or reimbursement upon cancellation. The host was friendly and communicated well before the stay, but again referred to the listing as the house number and “entrance under the stairs” rather than clarifying that it was unit A or B. This is not a proper duplex but a single very small cottage split into two levels with very little privacy. We would not recommend any friends or family visiting ever stay here.

Positive: Proximity to the beach, dog friendly, outside space, owner was very responsive and helpful Negative: There was not anything we didn’t like.
